CTI 4-in-1 Bucket Forks
Recognizing that "4-in-1" buckets have the unique ability to
grab and hold many things, including attachments, CTI has
designed a revolutionary type of fork that takes advantage
of that feature - its new 4-in-1 Bucket Forks.

The
features of these new forks, on which a patent is pending,
include:
- No welding, no
screws, no holes in the bucket. The closed clam holds the
forks firmly in place.
- Rigid mounts - the forks don't swing or shift sideways.
- Easy to operate - the forks are level when the cutting
edge is level.
- Easy on, easy off - No lifting, just pick them up and set
them down with the machine.
- Towers that are 37 inches tall to keep loads in place and
allow the operator to see the forks from the cab.
- Round grab bars on the towers to make it easy to move the
forks on the ground or on and off a truck.
- Safety chains to ensure the forks will stay in place even
if the bucket is accidentally opened.
- Attaches to the most reinforced part of the bucket - the
cutting edges.

CTI Skid Steer Forks
Construction Technology, Inc. manufactures forged fork
attachments to fit rail-mounted pallet fork and rod-mounted
fork attachments for skid steers and other machines equipped
with universal couplers.
RAIL-MOUNTED
SKID STEER FORKS - SERIES 330 & 345
Both the 330 and 345 rail-mounted series feature standard
rail-mounted fork tines with latches. Designed to lift
palletized loads and similar materials, the Model 330 has a
lift capacity of 3,000 lbs. per set, while the Model 345,
which has been designed for the new, larger skid steers, has
a lift capacity of 5,000 lbs. per set. The tines are high
quality forged steel and both series are available in 42"
and 48" tine lengths. Forks and frames for both models have
a built-in rated lift capacity safety factor of 3-to-1 and
the frames feature the unique CTI coupler.

ROD-MOUNTED
SKID STEER FORKS - SERIES 530 AND 545
The 530 and 545 series of rod-mounted skid steer forks
handle palletized loads and similar materials requiring lift
capacities of up to 3,000 pounds (530) and 5,000 pounds
(545). They are fully adjustable across the rod and utilize
set-screws. The tines do not swing because of the forged
hooks at each base!
The 530 high-quality skid steer tines are custom-forged
steel with 1 1/4 " cross sections, and come in 42" and 48"
lengths. The 545 custom-forged tines have a 1 l/2" cross
section and come in 42" and 48" lengths. Fully adjustable
across the rod and with set-screws, both series are taller
than standard forks, which makes the initial lift easier.
The frames feature CTI's unique coupler. Both the fork tines
and frame of each model have a built-in lift-capacity safety
factor of 3-to-1.

ROCK AND
MASONRY SKID STEER FORKS - SERIES 560
The 560 series of rod-mounted skid steer forks have been
specially designed for extreme applications on the biggest
machines, like moving boulders and block. That's why we call
them "Rock and Masonry Forks." The Model 560 has a 6000 lb.
lift capacity. The forks feature the new super duty
reinforced frame design and a built-in lift-capacity safety
factor of 3-to-1.
Model 560s feature custom-forged 1 ¾" tines. The models have
bigger 1 ¾" rods and come in 42" and 48" tine lengths. The
models are fully adjustable across the rod and utilize
set-screws. With tines taller than standard forks, these
forks sit flat on the ground, and the initial lift is
easier. The tines do not swing because of forged hooks at
each base. Side steps are standard on all 560 units. These
forks have been subjected to rigorous field testing and
usage by contractors working in the toughest conditions,
with excellent results. When you need gorilla forks, these
forks can do the job!

CTI
Drive-In Bucket Forks
Construction Technology, Inc. introduced the top-mounted,
bucket fork attachment for backhoes and loaders in 1967!
Nicknamed "Drive-In Forks," they can turn any loader into a
forklift fast. These forks help lower costs and lift profits
by making job-site material handling easier and cheaper.
Use CTI Drive-In Forks to move pallets, pipe and other
loads. When forks are needed, roll the bucket forward to
pick them up and they are ready to use. When the job is
finished, reverse the process and then store the forks
securely.

CTI Clamp-On Forks
Construction Technology, Inc. addressed the need to develop
a clamping mechanism that would help protect loader buckets
when used to attach forks and other products. The result was
its patented CTI clamping device, used on our solid steel
clamp-on forks.

CTI Asphalt Cutters
Construction Technology, Inc. manufactures two models of
heavy duty asphalt cutters for loaders, backhoes and motor
graders.
Because CTI asphalt cutters are built for hard usage, they
cost more than some competitive models--but in the long run
they make asphalt cutting easier and more economical because
they last longer and are easier to maintain. And no tools
are needed for use.
Utility contractors, road patching crews, and municipal
street superintendents like asphalt cutters because they do
not require the extra manpower and equipment needed with
jackhammers and asphalt saws. Work crews can avoid the extra
set up and tear down time.
Whether mounted on a loader bucket, a backhoe bucket or a
grader blade, the CTI Asphalt Cutter is effective. As the
machine moves forward to make its cut, downward force is
applied and the hardened steel cutting wheel rotates and
cuts through the asphalt, making a clean cut for digging and
insuring a good seal for the final patch.
